the air is killing me

respiratory tract infection or just a flu , never know what happens to me . suffering for days , i do not feel any better .
i have no idea about the situation now . but the germs [or viruses] seem to stop spreading .
how worse can it be ? my lungs may be still ok , but my throat is not so good . in fact , i can hardly say anything for my sore throat , and breath is also a difficult thing for me .
may it be H5N1 or H1N1..smiling , surely i will be fine .
